How To Make A Return Or Exchange

We hope that you’re completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may Return or Exchange your item within (14) days of the date your order was received. Please note all SALE, SAMPLE SALE & DISCOUNTED (PROMO CODE) items are nonrefundable and are a final sale.

Returning or exchanging an item at Gilded Halo is really easy. Simply email us at returns@gildedhalo.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).  In your email please provide us with the following information:

  • 1. Your full name and telephone number
  • 2. Order confirmation number
  • 3. The item(s) being returned or exchanged and a brief explanation

    Once an RA number has been created, we will send a Return Authorization Form directly to your email account. Simply follow the instructions on how to return or exchange your item. The customer must print this form and include it in their return shipment. All Returns or Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your returned package. An email will be sent to notify the customer once the Refund or Exchange has been processed.

    *Please note a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for each item returned. A return shipping label is not provided at this time.

    Item Damaged In Transit

    All merchandise shipped from our office is carefully checked, inspected and packaged before leaving our facility. In the rare event a damage occurs in transit due to the handling via USPS/UPS this must be reported to Gilded Halo upon receipt of shipment. In such instances, we will offer to replace or fix the damaged style free of charge.

  • Cancellation Policy Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of placing an order. If an existing style is a pre-order style it will be listed with the delivery time frame on the product page itself.
